Ruben brought barbecue to a class I’m taking in Foxborough. Brisket and ribs were divine and possibly the best pulled pork I’ve ever had. The baked beans have brisket burnt ends mixed in! Next Level Beans! My wife is the in house cornbread critic for the family and she closed her eyes while chewing, enough said.

Ruby’s BBQ was the grill master for my brother’s 50th birthday BBQ, and he exceeded our expectations! He kept the grill going all day, made sure everything was cooked perfectly, and his professionalism, energy, and attention to detail made the entire event run smoothly.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how tender and perfectly cooked everything was. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable for the quality of food he presented and service he provided.
If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and delivers amazing BBQ, I highly recommend Ruby’s BBQ. Thank you for helping make my brother’s 50th birthday celebration one to remember!!!

Hi friends! Do you ever think that food in the South Shore and New England in general leans towards bland? Have you ever felt when going out to eat, that something was missing with your food? Well these kinds of questions will be the last on your mind when you eat at Ruby’s BBQ! Let me tell you!
I moved to New England almost 4 years ago and to the South Shore area a little over 1.5 years ago, from Central Ohio. Let me tell you, Ruby’s BBQ is tied for 1st as the best food I’ve had since moving to the South Shore. It’s been a month since I tried the collared greens, Mac n’ cheese salad, and pork(?) while they were working the Juneteenth event in Hingham.
At first I was skeptical that I was going to eat it all, the portions were huge and I figured! But then as soon as I started eating it felt like my. soul left my body and I was in some kind food coma trance. If it’s possible to have a religious experience while eating BBQ, I’m pretty sure it happened to me.
Please eat these folks delicious BBQ, you won’t regret it.
